~Our shipping time~
All products are shipped directly from Japan, and we usually dispatch items within 2 business days after receiving your order and payment, so it usually takes about 4 to 14 days to deliver. However, if you live in the central Asia, the middle East, or remote rural areas, it may take more time to deliver.
However, in the worst case of shipment such as Customs inspection, Situation of delayed delivery company, unexpected accident in transit, it might take more than 30 days from your order.
Please do not worry. Even in the case of above, please be assured that we will handle the product until reaching you safely with our responsibility.
~Out of Stock and Refund~
The number of stock of some items such as yukatas and kimonos are limited. Therefore, if the worst comes to worst, we may run out of our stock of them when you order them because of many orders for them.
In that case, we will refund your payment by using PayPal. We are so sorry but we don’t have any way to refund except for the PayPal, so we can refund your payment by using ONLY PayPal.
~ Responsibility Policy~
First of all, we shall not be responsible for any loss, damages and troubles by using items we deliver.
Secondly, all products are imported from Japan, therefore some description or manual of some product is written in only Japanese. In addition, the standard of some product, for example voltage and frequency for electrical appliances, region codes for DVDs, are for Japan.
Therefore please check out whether the product can work well.
~Returns and Cancellation policy~
-Except for a significantly "Not as Described" item, we cannot accept any kind of return and refund.
-We cannot accept any cancellation of order after dispatching items. In addition, we cannot accept return and refund because of the reason that the size of clothes doesn’t fit you. Therefore, we recommend checking the size of clothes before purchase.
